1. Delivery Timeframe: Our logistics partner will deliver your order to your doorstep within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery process.

2. Business Days: Our standard shipping operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Self-Collection: If you choose the self-collection option, you will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure to collect your order during our operational hours as mentioned above.

1. For doorstep deliveries, please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the provided shipping address during our delivery hours.

2. If you opt for self-collection, please show your order confirmation email or order number to our friendly staffs for verification purposes.
